Before your first meeting with College Find, please download the following questionnaires, fill them out and fax them back several days before your appointment. This will give us a chance to customize your session and do a little research for you. We'd also like time to review a current transcript, so include that as well. If you use a dark pencil or pen, we will be able to read your materials more easily.
